One of the key strengths being identified for Evainity apparel is the presence of number
of designers in the organization. This is due to the reason that, in the case study, it is being stated
that, the organization was having two designers from the very beginning. Afterwards, the number
of designers is being increased to three by adding another designer in the portfolio. It is also
being identified that, the added designer is having different skill sets and can provides distinctive
designs other than the two existing designers (Chinomona, 2013). Thus, it is helping the
organization to have designers with having different skill sets and to cater to different and
diversified requirements of the customers.
According to the concept of Ansoff matrix, one of the key sources of generating revenue
and market expansion is the product development (Hussain et al., 2013). This refers to the
initiation of new products and variants of the existing products in the market. Thus, with having
three designers in the organization, it will be beneficial for Evainity apparel to develop their
products effectively and frequently and offer them in the market. Thus, it will be one of the
sources of gaining competitive advantages from the market.

It is being recommended that, the three designers being employed by the organization
should be effectively managed. This is due to the reason that, in the case study, it is being
told that, the last employed designer in the organization is having extra skill set compared
to the others. However, she was not being paid accordingly. Thus, it may have negative
implication on her, which will further reduce the productivity of them. Thus, it is being
recommended that, in order to have the maximum return from having three designers,

this organization should have effective policy of human resource management. This will
help them to motivate the designers in their workplace. Thus, the effectiveness and
productivity of them will get further enhanced.
It is also being recommended that, in order to maximize the return from the three
designers, the organization should train and equip them in order to make them adapt to
the current market trend and requirement. This is important due to the reason that in the
current scenario, fashion industry is witnessing one of the most frequent changes in the
taste and preference pattern of the customers. Thus, the designers should be trained and
equipped periodically to make them aware about the recent market trend and customer
requirements. On the other hand, absence of effective training and development program
for the designers will made it difficult for them to effectively determine the requirement
of the customers and the expectation of the customers. Thus, the connectivity between the
customers and designers will not be made and the products will not be able to effectively
meet the requirements of the customers. Thus, it is being recommended that, training and
development program should be initiated for the designers in order to enhance the skill
sets of them.
