Introduction
There are various challenges at the University level that is required by the students to accept the
challenge that is needed to develop the skills required for the success in University.
This report will focus on the challenges like debate challenge, presentation challenge, tee shirt
challenge and hotel challenge. This report will analyse the four of this Challenges to focus on
the business angles like operations, finance, branding. it will also cover reflection on the skills
that will be required during the challenge like communication skills, teamwork skills, time
management and business skills etc. In the end of this report will cover action plan to improve
the skills within three years at University.

Communication skills/ Emotional intelligence
Communication skills and emotional intelligence skills are required for the debate challenges. It
is necessary for the me as a student to take participation in the debate to have communication
skills because without communication skills debate can be successful (Evans and Richardson.,
2017). For the students debates are most important part because, here companies superiors
discuss about the strategies, operations and finance etc. It is necessary for the participants in the
debate to have a communication and emotional intelligence skills so they can come up with the
new ideas and productive thinking.
Debate challenge
Debate is the process that involves formal discussion on a particular topic. people who
participate in the debate put forward their arguments and viewpoints (Liu., 2019). Debates
Occurs usually in public meetings, academic institutions etc. The debate he's challenging for the
people becausr it required high level of knowledge and understanding of the topic they are
talking about. In the business debate can be useful for the branding, finance and operations. For
each and every Department it is required for the discussion that How company will aware people

about their brand, arrangement of the finance and how the operations will run. Debates Skills or
challenge is useful for the students to develop within University level to be successful in their
business life.
Teamwork
For the presentation challenges it is it is necessary for the me as a student to have team working
ability in myself. Presentation can be more better and creative I am working in a team and it will
help each other to make the presentation more better at the university level and attractive for the
teachers. Team consist with the various knowledge and skills that make the presentation more
creative Anne they can include more creative ideas and knowledge.. That will help me to achieve
success in the university level and I can become successful student.
Presentation challenge
Presentation challenge is one of the most important part of the organisation and it is challenging
as well becausr presentation is created by many employees and one of them is only selected. The
presentation can about branding wear they discuss how and what models and methods will be
used to aware people about the brand, the finance presentation shows The structure of finance
that will required By the company And this presentation will be made by the finance manager
of the company. On the operation level finance presentation will be required becausr finance is
most necessary thing that helps to run each and every operation of the company.
T-shirt challenge
Teacher challenges are also an useful Technique that is useful for the branding of tee shirts
within the market and attract customers to buy a tee shirt from the company (Fearon, and at.al.,
2020). This challenge is also focused on the finance becausr advertisement is done on the
Television which required the higher amount of finance within the business so they can run the
challenge on the TV an attract customers to buy their products. it is function of the marketing
operational team that is responsible too run the advertisement on the television.
Time management and meeting skills

In a tee shirt challenge within the business, it is required to have a time management skills within
the marketing team so they can run advertisement on the right time and proper place. for the t-
shirt Challenges it is necessary to also have meeting skills becausr, in a meeting they can provide
a better creative ideas to the companies leaders and managers so they can attract customers to
buy their product and services and take competitive advantages within the market where they are
operating their business (Chu and et.al., 2017). here companies superiors discuss about the
strategies, operations and finance etc. It is necessary for the participants in the debate to have a
communication and emotional intelligence skills so they can come up with the new ideas and
productive thinking.
Hotel challenge
In the hotel business there are various challenges that can take place for the businesses. some of
them are cleanliness, Excellent service, sustainability an good experience for their customers.
this all are the hotel challenge that require a specific skills. It is necessary for the hotel staff to
accept this challenge for their branding an awareness of their brand. to conduct this challenge is
it required higher amount of finance within the business and this all are covered under the
operations called housekeeping Department, office Department and many more.
Business skills and competences development
Business skills and competences development is necessary for all the challenges and mostly in
presentation and hotel challenges, it is required within the hotels Staff to have a presentation
skills that they were able to make their client happy. in my opinion they should also have some
extra skills Excel skills ATC becausr you know hotels there are many functions where computers
are needed an stop have to perform on the computers. There are different duties within the hotels
that require the competence is the level of Minton within the staff members. it's necessary for the
staff member to provide the fast services to their clients so they can be more effective and more
faster as compared to the others. it will help companies to take competitive advantages within the
