Introduction
I belong to the team, group 1Blue Earth Waste Water Solutions which offered the framework
of the project for fixing the recycling structure at carwash on 16th August 2018. It was the
fourth-week sermon on Applied Business challenges. Just after the completion of the
presentation, it was studied and observed by Shreya’s team because of the team appraisal
outline in the fourth week. The team o Shreya give us 2 scores out of 5. After review, our
team was positively censured for the presentation made by us along with the presentation
capabilities. Our team deliberated that we can advance presentation and means of conducting
presentations by undertaking comments into the account. Finally, my understanding as a
peer-reviewed and its assistance in the enhancement of presentation skills has been conferred
at the end of the report.
Personal View on the Team
Absence of visual impact
The non-availability of visual influence is confidently the foremost disadvantage of our
presentation. An enhancement is required for a better presentation. The improved substantial
presentation can attain the attention of more audience. It has been identified that graphics,
image, color, and sign of the presentation has a significant influence on the spectators. Hence,
if I use such features more effectively and it will help in improving the presentation along
with engaging and influencing the audience even better.
Low Scope of SMART Objectives
Inferior verbal and non-verbal communication
The review stated that verbal and non-communication was also meagre. More attention
should be given by us in order to intricate details such as managing eye-contact and
undertaking a collaboration with the viewers. I totally agree with the decision of Shreya’s
team as I kept concentrating on the proceedings over making eye-contact whenever I drop

confidence and get worried. It is considered that making eye-contact is a foremost essential
for delivering a good presentation. It evidently draws the line between a decent and corrupt
presentation. Making eye contact with a person will help me in sounding better, convincing,
confident and friendly. It will assist in making the presentation an achievement.
Experience as a Peer-reviewer
A chance was attained by our team to review the presentation of Shreya’s team. This
opportunity of evaluating the presentation of another group assisted me in judgmentally
comprehend my own shortcomings. The evaluation even helped me in knowing the mistakes
which are committed by the whole group. It even assisted me in learning innovative
techniques from the work of other teams with a different point of view.
The self-regulatory traits and skills can be advanced by including students in reviewing
presentations. The peer reviewing technique is having benefits in the form of advancement of
autonomy, societal expose and increased the sense of appointment. It even assists in
constructing communication, assessment and systematic skills (Smith 2017).
While revising the presentation of Shreya’s team, I found that they futile to include shrewd
objectives in the framework. I even mentioned in the comments that the objectives stated by
Shreya’s team are neither understandable nor precise. I observed that her team even moved
out comprising KT possibility in the work. The scope of KT is quite an important factor used
to describe the scope of the project. Add on, the project strategy of Shreya’s team was not
completely clear. They allocated an unattainable amount of time of thirty days only for the
project scheduling which is not practical at all. Consequently, such doubtful areas necessitate
inspection of Shreya’s team for enhancing the standard of the ultimate project.
The advancement of my skills and partaking in the erudition community are major
assistances that I can extract from the peer reviewing. Both exchanges of positive censure and
feedback with the students has specified me a prospect to build peer sustenance.
