The current assignment is based on a research project which comprises of analysis of set
of secondary information based on the chosen clients and main issues faced and encountered by
that. The client selected for current assignment is Regent Group which was founded and
established during the year of 2000 and is operating in the filed of providing education to kids.
Further, the current research project comprises of discussion about the overview of selected
client along with the main challenges and issues encountered by this client. Beside this, critical
analysis of the areas of importance is also made along with analysis of top 3 main issues faced
and encountered by the chosen client (Wojdyło and et. al., 2018).
An overview of the client and main challenges
The client selected for current investigation and research project is Regent Group that
was established during the year of 2000 and associated with providing higher education the the
students along with facilitating education for kids that is starting from the nursery class. This
organisation is having four main education centres which comprises of Regent Independent
College, Regent Nursery, Regent Learning Centre, and Regent Tutorial College.
The main issues and problem which are bing faced by Regent group comprises of
problem related with the relaunch of the tutorial program which consist of issues related with
unavailability of space along with lacks in attracting customers and high level of competition that
is currently presenting in the education sector. Thus, the issues of Regent group is associated
with relaunch of a tutorial program which comprises of an interactive software program created
as a learning tool that would help the students to learn new skills by using a step-by-step process
that ensures the user is following along and comprehending the material (Grohse, 2020). The
issue related with lack of proper space is a vital problem as an appropriate place and location is
needed to provide education to individuals especially to kids to ensures easy accessibility and
reach. Further, the issue of attracting customer is also faced that is related with lack of proper
marketing and promotion activities along with inefficient training and skill development of
teachers that limit its productivity and success. At last, high level of competition that is currently
prevailing within the education sector is also key issue that would lead reduction in the
productivity and success level of project and tutorial programme lead out by Regent group.

provided as below:
Availability of sufficient space
As per the view point of Thomas Oppong, 2018, the availability of sufficient space and
location plays a vital role in success of a Business or any new project. An analysis can be made
that the for any business or new project is far away from your target customers than it would
definitely have a negative impact on success and productivity of a business. Thus, it is important
and vital to have suitable space and location of a business that provide and facilitates easy access
and reachable for a larger number of customers (Brink, 2019). Further, it has been also observed

education for target kids and other customers. In Case of Regent group, it has been observed that

campaign that require and needs to have a good amount of space to provide all needed facilities
