the one who motivate others and show them right direction. There are various skills
which are valued in the business environment. The skills are related to goal setting,
listening, questioning and giving feedback. It is important for the coach to listen the
queries of the subordinates so that it can be simple to motivate them. Motivation is given
by the coach so that the subordinates can give their best towards the work. Also there are
various qualities of the coach like leadership. It has been examined that leadership is
considered as one of the qualities of the coach (Miner, 2015).
The aim of the good coach is to give guidance to the team to attain their full potential.
The guidance given by the coach can show right direction to the team or the subordinates.

with each other.
One of the important qualities that should be there in the coach is motivation. Motivation
is an important aspect that should be present in the coach so that the team can feel
motivated and happy. If coach is not able to motivate its team then it can be examined
that negative results will be attained (Joseph, Dhanani, Shen, McHugh & McCord, 2015).
So, a good team is the one who have the good coach to guide and support them in every
situation.

it can be difficult for the employees to manage their work. Motivation is only considered
as the tool that guides the employees to take steps through which the activities in the
workplace can be managed. It can be investigated that motivation is considered as a tool
that helps to build relations between the employer and employee in the workplace. When
top management gives motivation to the employees then positive impact can be seen on
the overall activities which are managed by them on the routine basis (Pinder, 2014). So,
it can be said that through motivation it can be easy to manage the people.
