Organisation in an easy and simple words it is an person or an group of the people which
are grouped together to attain the common goals or an set of goals made by them. The business
organisation can be made by the one persons to the ten thousand. To consider the business and
the goals there are many features to do(Aterido., Hallward-Driemeierand Pagés., 2011). Then
these features are been deliberated or operate. These features are been considered and made in
action to do the work properly and to get the goals achieved. And organisation would have its
vision, mission, value, strategic goals, strategies.
Vision- The people of the organisation should have the proper image in the mind that
what they have to do in the business and what things should be added in it, etc.
Mission- While establish or planning about the organisation the person would have the
goals which he has to achieve in this(Aula., 2010).
Values- Mostly all of the organisation use to work on the basis of there values and
natures, they would know the activities which has to be done
Strategic goals- the organisation is been ruined by the proper strategic goals which has to
be accomplish. Strategic- Usually the enterprise use to follow some of the plan which are been made to
achieve the goals of the organisation.
Public sector organisation
The public sector organisation is an economy concerned part which use to provide the
governmental services to the people. The public sector is been specially made for the safety and
to provide help to the people. The public sector the services are been included which are police,
military, tunnels, water supply, telecommunication, healthcare, etc. the sectors which are not the
part of the public sector are been included in the private sectors(Becker., 2017).

Strategic- In the business there may have the many different strategies are been planed.
Ethical- It is an moral base which guides in the decision making and in planning
strategies. CSR- CSR is an cooperate social responsibilities which is been made for the society.
Legal form of public organisation
There are an range of the legal structures which is associated with the different forms.
Some are like:
Sole trader businesses- it is easy to set up because it does not contain any complex paper.
