Part 1:
. In my 10 years work life I have faced the importance for security management in
work field. During my work-life, I have faced the change in demand from the customers. I
have a keen interest for developing my skills in IT field since the early days of my academic
life. The research is an important topic for me, as I want to grow my skills in cyber
technology and business management. The research will cover both the topic I have an
interest on. The research includes the requirement for trust in business collaboration and how
technology is helping to improve it. I have completed my graduation in IT, and then I had a
work experience of 10 years in IT field. The experience not only increased my knowledge in
IT field but also gave me a vivid idea about management and business system. The business-
working pattern and requirements were the common things I had to face daily. Hence, I
decided to do my masters in business management that will increase my scope in future. The
course gave me a clear knowledge for business collaboration, the issues faced due to lack of
business collaboration, how trustable business collaboration helps the business to prosper. I
have worked for IT companies and now want to extend my education before further joining
working life. I want to research on the requirement for trustable business collaboration as this
topic has attracted me the most in my education and work life. I have felt a deep requirement
and since then I had decided to continue my study on this topic. The work life could not give
me the required information and satisfaction that my research and study will give me. The
research will help to bring a better concept and facts of what I am looking for.
Part 2:
The modern economy is moving at a fast pace. The business market is growing and
developing every day with new aspects and innovations. The introduction of internet and new

technologies has made life easier. The customer demand had also changed along with time.
The customer preference has also changed in case of time, management and service quality
(Huang and Wilkinson 2013). The business system is also leading towards a modernized
world leading to the increase in productivity and better output. The business structure targets
to build a well framed, well managed admin system. While this system is being created,
various new issues take birth in the contrary. One of such issue is unsolved security threat to
the companies and its workers (Kundi et al 2014). Companies have introduced technologies
to resolve such issues by using mathematical calculations, cryptography algorithm and
network security systems. The MNC’s are using latest technologies to track the cyber
criminals and offenders. The business system is looking for their individual security and
protection. This study emphasis on the security of the entire technical market and provide
them with required security. The research focuses to provide security to the collaborated
business system so that no individual hampered by information leakage, security breaches.
The need for trustable business collaboration is a major issue in daily work life (Gawel 2014).
The need for trust in work area plays a vital role to motivate the workers and defend the
environment from any threat. The research will help to analysis the requirement for business
collaboration and how it helps to improve the production of the business. The research will
give a clear idea about trust and co-operation among workers and business can improve the
entire system. The selected topic is a common issue in IT sector and has to be faced by every
IT sector worker (McGuire and Dowling 2013). The research is supporting an inter
relationship among the businesses by building a relation of trust. A trustable business
network will provide its members with resources, skills, knowledge that might not have been
possible for the company to get. Business collaboration can be beneficial to the company in
respect to human, physical, intellectual capita and help to develop new processes(Eisen
2015). The research focus on business security but it will be beneficial to the businesses in

various aspects. The business collaboration includes the involvement of trust and security.
The security system focuses to remove the malicious threats, unauthorized usages. The
research will focus on the users authentication and control and prevent any third party
involvement. The research aims to develop an internet-based system meeting the challenges
for cyber security and management system (Jagongo and Kinyua 2013). The study will help
to introduce a over-all security system in business management. The need for over-all
business security is becoming a vital issue as the business transactions, services;
managements are conducted through internet in the present days (Majava Isoherranen and
Kess 2013). Thus, it is very important to maintain a highly secured system among all the
business system(Aggarwal, Arora and Ghai 2014). The research is based on this security
management to ensure that the business to business transaction or communication is not
hampered in any way. The research will not only develop a better management system in the
business field but will also improve my experience and skill about security management. The
research will clear my knowledge for security management and improve my skills in this
field. My 10 years experience in IT field along with my masters will provide me with
beneficial information for completing the research. The research is expected to be a
prosperous source of information in the business market and IT field. The management
systems and workers might get sufficient information about the requirement for trustable
business collaboration.
