The process in which sharing of information takes place between individuals and
outside or within the company is known as business communication. The goal of effective
business communication is how indivuals and a company together reach organizational goal.
The following section of the paper will explore the concept of academic integrity, importance
about time management and business communication models.
Task one
Academic integrity is referred to as doing the right thing, even when people are alone
and not being monitored. Academic integrity is essential because of one of the key factors of
the successful leader in the trust. Individuals who process academic integrity have a persona
so that others can trust them (Nelson et al. 2018). Therefore on of the key feature of the
successful reader. Secondly, it is important because it adds value to the degree of the
individual as employers always prefer people who have high integrity and commitment
towards their work culture as it creates a positive influence and thereby helps the company to
carry out the mission. Finally, integrity is important as it reduces unnecessary stress and
makes an individual happy and positive in life.
There are various penalties that are imposed who are found guilty of academic
misconduct. The consequences of cheating, collobaration which is unauthorized, plagiarism,
besides additional forms of academic misconduct can have grave implications, which can be
varied from suspension to expulsion as well from that particular academic institute
(Integrity.mit.edu, 2020). However, if the offense is not serious, for example, if the
assignment is found to be plagiarized, the scholar will be required to recreate the project or
can be awarded a failing grade in the assignment.
Working with integrity can improve the professional and the personal success of the
individual. The benefit which comes with living with integrity is that respect is earned from

the surrounding, and in the workplace, this creates a positive workplace culture. Through
open communication, the right decisions and robust moral compass all corrective actions, as
well as decsions, is taken whereas in case of irresponsible conduct and dishonesty in work
will contribute in making the work environment tense and uncomfortable. Therefore it acne
be said that people who have academic integrity can attain professional and personal success.
Task two
There are four learning of Kolb's which includes Diverging (Watching and feeling),
Assimilating( Thinking and Watching), Converging ( Thinking and Doing), and
Accommodating (Doing and Feeling) (ALQahtani & Al-Gahtani, 2014). According to Kolb's
Learning style by learning style is assimilating. My learning style involves a brief and
rational approach. For me, the concept and ideas are important than people. According to my
learning style, does not seek practical opportunity; rather, I strive for a clear explanation,
which is clear for my understanding. In my case, I am more interested in ideas and abstract
concepts rather than people.
Time management is essential for students as it helps students to study with focus.
The success of the student in studies depends on time management. The student can use time
management to shape their mind so that they can follow a unified direction and sense of
discipline and duty. Time management will also enable the student to reduce stress and study
systematically so that they can perform better than the other in the exam (Panek 2014).
Critical thinking can be referred to as the ability of the individual to engage in
independent as well as reflective thinking. Critical thinking is an important tool for the
students to cultivate sensitivity and gain control over the innumerable number of messages
received by them through digital channels. If they are able to assess information and evaluate
the information, they can form a chain of thought which is clear for them.

Task Three
There is a varied business communication model. One such is Aristotle's Persuasion
Model, which states that there are three fundamentals of the business communication process,
namely the sender or speaker, message and receiver, or audience. In this model, the message
flows from the speaker to the receiver ( McCormack, 2014). This model is important because
there is no score of response, and the speaker has the most central role here, besides the role
of the receiver is abandoned, and this model is used in one-sided business communication.
Another model is the circular model of communication, in actual business communication,
there is a two-way process in which the sender sends a message which is in turn received by
the receiver and after receiving the feedback is sent by the receiver (George, Lin, & Chen,
2015). This model is important because the success of business communication principally
rests on the reaction or the feedback or the response from the receiver. This model
emphasized the feedback which is required in business communication.
There are certain challenges which are faced in business communication like poor
communication strategy may be followed by the organization. There is always a lack of
clarity that exists in the organization, which creates inconsistency, and the employer, as well
as the manager, begins assuming unrealistic things that altogether hinder the growth and the
development of the organization (Bovée, Thill & Raina, 2016). There is a new emerging
trend due to the advent of new media, as communication becomes faceless. There is always a
chance of miscommunication between the parties.
