There are various types of learning styles and the style adopted by the learner depends

The various different types of learning styles practised in British Airways include:
Visual Learners: Visual learners thinks by thinking through pictures. They tend to
make a picture of what they are reading in the text. They tend to learn with the help
of pictures, graphs, diagrams and charts etc. They do not emphasise much on the
words or the dialogues of the speaker. They learn by seeing into the pictures and
memorize by looking into them. They give more preference to appearance as they
believe “A Picture speaks 1000 words”.
Auditory Learners: Auditory learners best learning through the process of listening.
It means that they understand most of the information through learning which they
do not understand through reading. They focus much on the tone and quality of the
speakers. Therefore speakers need to choose their words carefully before speaking
to auditory learners.
Kinaesthetic Learners: These learners learn best through actually doing the things
and by having hands-on experience. They often tend to speak slowly. They try to
have the practical experience of something in order to learn it.
