from one person to another. Mainly it is a process of communication in which message is

present situation in-front of staff members. In this context there are some main advantage and
disadvantage of using written communication in a business organization:
It is a formal way of interacting in the business. For example, manager of the company
prepares an email to covey the important information to all the staff members.
Written communication helps in keeping records at workplace. For example, if manager
of company maintains records for long period of time than they will use written
communication.
Disadvantage:
The main disadvantage of this communication is that, it delay in response. For example,
if manager send any kind of email than they have to wait for workers response towards
the email.
It may be time consuming because it needs clear content to send to workers. As it
requires more time for editing the content.
