INTRODUCTION
Business communication is a process through which information is shared between people
who are within a company as well as outside the company. An effective business communication
is when business is successful in communicating with their employees and sharing the
information regarding achievement of goals (Kim, 2019). The management of cube of London
needs to make sure that proper communication is done by them to all the people visiting and
travelling so that conflicts between the local people and tourist can be avoided. They need to

Purpose of effective communication
Communication refers to proper understanding of the message which has been circulated
from sender to the receiver. Communication has a major objective which needs to be developed
between company and its customers in order to efficiently deliver the information to them
(Pikhart, 2018). It is major this possibility of managers of company to implement effective ways
for communicating the required information to all the visitors and travellers at London tube.
Some of the major purpose for communication outside the organisation to the customers are
described below:
Sharing information: it is important that the required information which can benefit more
than a party should be communicated to others. It is a major purpose for communication to share
the information with the customers who can be benefited through it. The management of London

towards the attainment of goals. It is important for higher authorities who are responsible for
effective communication with the passengers to have one to one conversation with workers as it
helps in proper functioning of activities and operations. In addition to this, it also helps in
developing effective communication with staff members which in turn has impact on the
performance in a positive manner.
Higher level of productivity: In order to enhance productivity, it is important to adopt

performance of an organization. There are various practices for employees is given below:
Be clear & concise: It is essential for employees to deliver the proper message to
customers so that they can easily understand the message. In addition to this, it is important to
avoid technical jargon and overwriting so that no confusion and misunderstanding take place.
Mode of communication: It is important to use appropriate mode of communication in
order to deliver the message in a right and effective manner. In addition to this, it is essential to
consider factor such as target market and audience while communicating the message and at the
time of choosing appropriate mode of communication.
