Introduction
Business communication is a necessary thing for building a good relationship in a firm, which
makes a huge impact on the external relationship as well. Apurla Community Services (ACS)
is a company that provides different services for communications and general management.
In addition, there are many services, which has provided for managing relationship and
conflicts in the workplace. In addition, email is the best way to improve communication
(Braun, Stephan, et al., 2019). Based on the operational manager’s request, I will provide
recommendations for managing the situation in their organization base don the analysis.
This report will provide communication flow and work teams based on theoretical analysis.
Theoretical Analysis of Communication Flow
The organization has worked with different types of employees, which are employees’
groups, external community groups, and volunteers. All the group is working independently
in the organization. They are using different communication structures. The organization is
using a simple organization structure in which people work in a proper flow. It includes the
Board of directors, an Executive Officer, and Operational manager and various departments,
such as sales, community support, administration, volunteering, and community activities.
Collaboration can be improved using social media sites (Cardon & Marshall, 2015).
The operational manager has faced issues in communication because of the informal
structure as well. Thus, it is necessary to overcome the process of spreading incorrect
information, which is helpful to reduce conflict. In addition, there are some theoretical
approaches, which can be used to reduce such types of issues of the organization. In
addition, digital technologies can be used for better collaboration between different groups
and departments (Lucas & Rawlins, 2015).
Moreover, collaboration is necessary to avoid incorrect information between different groups.
It can be possible using business communication strategies and digital communication.
Email is the best way for communication between groups. It provides proper information to
all the receivers without any change. Thus, it is necessary to reduce the gap between
employees using digital technologies. Besides, social networking sites can be a solution for
resolving such type of issues in an organization. Employees must take it seriously for
improving their skills, which are beneficial for their professional careers. Besides, soft skill
training should be provided to employees. It will improve their other skills as well (Robles,
2012).

Teamwork is another concept to overcome communication issues between different groups.
In addition, business communication can be improved using teamwork, as team members
can more talk with the persons for various types of works. It will improve their communication
and workflows. There are many issues in individual work, as no one can improve our
mistakes without teamwork. Therefore, teamwork is necessary to reduce mistakes and
conflicts in the workplace (Sapp, David Alan & Zhang, 2009).
Moreover, most of the reasons can be reduced using communication types, such as verbal,
non-verbal, and others. It is necessary to reduce conflict in the workplace using effective
business communication. It can be a better way to improve collaboration between
colleagues and other departments. Therefore, most of the companies have provided training
for effective communication. There are some technical solutions for business
communication, which have provided a better solution to these issues as well (Sigmar, Lucia
Stretcher, et al., 2012).
Effective business communication skills are necessary for most of the industries, as it
provides various benefits in the crisis and disasters. Thus, it is necessary to improve the
various skills of a person. Moreover, the culture of the workplace also makes a huge impact
on communication. Thus, the organization must focus on the organization's culture, which
must be corporate. There are many benefits of co-operating culture. It makes an impact on
social life as well (Sapp, David Alan & Zhang, 2009). There are many things to improve in a
firm, which is beneficial for the company. Moreover, people can trust the organization
because of their effective communication.
Conclusion
In conclusion, the organization must include effective business communication processes to
improve the collaboration between groups and departments. It will improve communication
flow and workflow. Teamwork is a good practice to reduce communication gaps. This report
has analyzed various issues of communication in the organization. It has analyzed that the
informal structure of the organization is an issue in front of the organization. Finally, the
organization can improve business communication skills in their employees using digital
technologies and training. It will improve the performance of the employees, which makes a
huge impact on productivity as well.

with clients and colleagues. Thus, it is necessary to develop communication skills in
employees, which has connected with clients of the organization.
There are many things to improve in the organization, which are related to their performance
as well. All the changes should be implemented in a proper manner, which will provide
various benefits in the long term. However, employee retention also makes an impact on the
other employee in the organization. Therefore, the human resource team should manage all
things in an efficient manner. The organization must follow these recommendations for
improving the communication skills of their employees, which areas:
Provide training for effective business communication skills to all the employees
especially in the groups
Establish digital technologies for improving communication skills, social media sites,
communication software, collaboration software, and more
Provide the motivation to employees to develop communication skills for business
perspective
Design communication policies for internal and external communication
Improve the organizational structure in a formal way to reduce spreading of informal
information between groups
Design a soft skill training module to improve the level of employees
Develop change management skills in the managers to resist the change
Improve the design process, which is a part of effective business communication
The organization must implement these recommendations to create better communication
skills between employees.
