MY BLOG
1. Description (what happened) 50 words
Hi everyone! My name is XYD. My goal is to become perfect in my area of interest in
academics i.e. business communication. Apart from this I am interested in playing games
like basketball. This forms one of the strong reason for joining this university as, it offers
quality of sports along with several activities (Baker, 2018).
2. Feelings (How did this make you feel and why did you feel this way) 100 words
I acquire experience of various things based on the learning and information I
learned about the strength and weakness of my goals and also evaluated on how they cope
with elements that might produce a harmful approach to growth and development that is
not essential. In this, I learned about different effects and factors and different feelings and
experience in the group with the attending several online classes organised by the
university.
3. Evaluation (What were the positive aspects of this -75 words and what were the negative
aspects of this – 75 words)
In accordance with this, the role and duties engaged during the organisational
policies and its situation and various causes affecting it and strategy to enhance its
organisation. This enables me to grasp the organization's action strategy and tactics. All
together this contributed towards positive aspect which also enabled me to polish my skills
in this sector. However, due to high number of participants there was unhealthy
competition which further contributed towards negative aspect. This creation of
environment is always dangerous as there are higher chances of conflicts and disputes. My
suggestion to team members is to understand and attempt to approach each member
interactively and provide them more information and to share their opinions with others
(Ciampa and Reisboard, 2020).

I have studied business communication, so that the business professionals and many
other talents are more likely to make a contribution to it. Business communication is an
essential idea for boosting employee performance and enhancing corporate efficiency.
However, due to unhealthy competition faced in the academic field disrupts the true
meaning of learning. As in this an individual tries to outshine others for sake of once ego.
Exploring the positive side of the approach, it can be said that individual can stay high
motivated during the course of learning. On the other hand, its negative aspects can cause
inefficient learnings for an individual. According to me if this situation arises I would engage
myself in true feeling of learning and will not follow competition policies blindly and will try
to understand concepts at my own pace (Ahmad, Mohd Yusuf and Muraina, 2018).
5. Conclusion/action plan (if things continue like this what would be the result) 125 words
I have studied different qualifications, such as corporate communication, leadership,
issue resolution, efficient presenting and many more. In order to increase my ability,
capacity and knowledge to successfully operate in my organisation, I have studied all the
idea through the online platform. In order for most organisations to apply corporate
communication successfully in order to achieve organisational goals and objectives, it was
decided the business communication is vital to learned professionals, graduates. It contains
many tools and strategies used to produce presentations successfully because workers work
well.
