business. As a result of social media strategy Enterprise Social networks (ESN) is used for
establishment of communication among target audience. Advantages and disadvantages of ESN
has been discussed properly (Berthon et al., 2012). Use of digital communication can benefit the
organization in various number of ways. Importance of mental break has been discussed in
details. Social media platform can have organization to support the professional relationship with
large of employees. Importance of establishment of relationship among coworkers will be
discussed in the coming pages on the report.
Employees from various organization can easily make use of social media platform for
analyzing the information (Borgatti, Everett & Johnson, 2013). Importance of information for
creation of awareness can bring a large number of benefits which will creation of brand image of
organization. Some of the well-known media platform like blogs, wikis and yammer has been
discussed in details.

Social media consist of interaction between individual and organization which is nothing
but a product based organization. (Berthon et al., 2012) states that the content in general
comprises of text picture, video and networks. Text was the first form of social media which is
used for the first form of social media. This article in general focus on the various internet
website like twitter, blog and many other. Blogs are certain website which are used for
maintenance of regular diaries which is inclusive of graphics, videos, links to other blogs which
consist of graphics, videos, text and link to other videos. Twitter is a micro blog which is used

for sending and receiving short messages. Twitter which is well known media platform has
enabled the user to send and receive short messages which is in general restricted by the quantity
of character which is contained in the message.
(Duggan & Brenner, 2013) states that Implementation of digital communication in
organization can bring a number of benefited to it. These are allowing the employees to have a
mental break, enables employees to have and support professional connection. Digital
communication creates a platform where employee can easily ask and solve question. It also
helps in strengthening and establishing personal relationship with coworkers. It upgrades the
discovery of information and delivery of it. In many it cases it seen that digital communication
helps in recognition and retention of large number of employees. In the end the use of digital
technology will ultimately help in enhancing the productivity of organization. There are large
number of social media platform available for establishment of communication like internal
blogs, Wikis and Yammer and Podcast. Social media may not damage or hamper the
productivity of an organization. In many cases it is seen that social media may increase the
productivity and unlock some of the areas where the productivity of employees may be at stake.
Some of the well-known media platform are internal blogs, wikis and yammer and podcast.
Internal blogs on a regular basis can help in launch of new products, sales and opportunity which
will ultimately help the employees to feel that they are also a part of organization.
