and industry. Through effective communication employees and organisation interact with each

The Go Travel is conducting business in London and organise European holidays. They
were opening two offices in Europe but Go Travel has received many problems from the
customer (Mikkelson, Sloan and Hesse, 2019). For this company collect information and identify
some challenges and barriers of effective communication such as:
Not understanding audience and their communication needs: To assure about the
messages that get from the customer that will require to put them in range of matters to the
formulation. To do good & well require to see different things from the organisational
perspective.
Poor audience engagement: In Go Travel workers have not proper guidance in red of
their work so they are doing their job on their understanding basis that create problem in office.
They have no idea how to connect with customer and salsify them in regard of their problem.

Language Barrier: The main barrier of Go Travel is language barrier because the
company set office in Europe and recruit local people to operate business activities. English is
not first language so they ignore the communication with customer. So for this require to provide
training them and encourage for their role (Shaw and et. al, 2015).
Organisational Barrier: This barrier is mainly based on organisational policies and
approaches that operate by the higher authorities. The company have unstructured network
system that create problem in communication. Due to lack communication face many problems
in the Go Travel.
Develop strategies for overcoming communication barrier
Be aware of language, Tone and content of message: It is required a sender must care
about the fact that message should be framed in clear and effective language. The tone of
messages is simple and company should provide training to all staff members to reduce
communication gap in between people.
Simple organisation structure: The organizational structure should not be complex. The
number of hierarchical stages is in straight line method in which control the activities of lower
level worker easily. Along with they are communicating easily with higher level management in
regard their problems.
Cultural influence on communication and negotiation
In effective communication cultural and negotiation plays essential role where consist of
how to people think, communicate and behave. It impact on the different type of transactions
where they make and negotiate them (Xu and Wu, 2017). Culture plays important role to provide
shaping the way of communication and people socialize with each other. In Go travel workers
are belonging from different cultural sop that's why they are not negotiate easily with customer.
English is not first language of them so they face the problem to communicate with people and
provide services.
CONCLUSION
From the overall discussion it is analysed that for effective communicate require to good
skills of language and interact easily with customer. For this require to business apply different
strategies to overcome from the barriers and challenges.
