Introduction
Business communication is defined as the procedure of sharing related information,
ideas, concepts and data between people within organisation as well as outside company.
Business communication is the occur between two or more people who are related to
common business, communicate necessary information to ensure proper organisation and
management of business and help to attain all defined goals and objectives. The report
consists general theories of business communication that are used in organisation to maintain
efficient communication, different barriers that are occur in communication process and
various strategies that are used by the organisation to overcome the impacts on business
communication. Apart from that, various recommendations are covered in this project report.
Analysis and discussion
General theories of the organisational communication
Organisational communication as a field, make effective immensely in scope and
depth over the last few different decades. Before make launching detailed pertinent for
achieving and managing organisational communication is indeed to make more relevant and
provide relevant opportunities for getting effective organisational communication. Some
major theories are related to:
Weber’s classical theory: This is the widely used and accepted theory in the
management of an organisation. This theory is stated simply and provide relevant
opportunities to work and make more strategic changes for growing and organisation
the hierarchical structure and make a clear statement for the growth of the company
(Aghazadeh and et.al., 2021). This theory is helpful in managing and growing

Tompkins’s and Cheney’s organisational theory: This theory is the extension of
the weber’s theory and depend on the main four aspects. This theory is as simple as
efficient sources, technical, bureaucratic and concretive. Their main aspect is related
to work and make more effective growth and adopt the right use of technologies and
provide relevant control and communication processes. It will be related to assign the
task and make more strategic growth for analysing effective situation and being
analyse different and affective situation.

Deetz’s organisational theory: This is the theory to work and make different aspect
to make theory in one such to work and make organisational concepts. This will be

Emotional: This is barrier which is face by the company due to the presence of their
own state of mind and not in a position to listen or work as per the demand. The major
changes and growth are related to work and make more drastic change and provide
relevant growth opportunities to work and make more emotional opportunities (Dey
and Dey, 2021). This is the position which are helpful for addressing and managing
impact growth to work and make more suitable changes.
Information: This is the type of barrier when in a company, people of the team are
not able to provide logistic growth and make more systematic approaches. It will be
helpful for assigning and managing the concept for the growth to accomplish different
aspect and major growth. It will be related to growing misunderstanding and make

Within a company, there are different challenges and barrier are used to overcome the

through the channel that facilitates the organisation to run all functions properly. As

It is recommended to business that it shout develop effective planning and
communication policies and communicate these policies at all level of organisation.
Internal communication strategies are formulated by the organisation that facilitates to
run all business operations properly.
At workplace, business develop internal language that is common for all employees
that help to overcome language barrier and facilitates all organisational members to
understand the business objectives and perform activities.
Business should clarify the idea before communicating it to other business members
and ensure the communication should be according to the receiver as well as aware
about the language of message, tone and content of respective message that is
properly understand by the employees.
Business should get feedbacks form employees that ensures the receiver understand
the information in same way what sender want to convey. In face-to-face as well as
