INTRODUCTION
communication is the technique which creates a method of conveying message or t he
message itself. It is the mutual exchange of understanding, originating with the receiver
communication requirements to be an effective in business. It is the essence of management.
The common functions of management cannot be performed well without effective
communication. It includes the continuous flow of details. Responses is Integral part o business
communication. There are different levels of hierarchy in an business. This plays an important
role in process of directing and managing the people in the company. It is important for success
and growth of an company, these gaps must not happen in any institution. In this task 2 which
will consider the brochure and elaborate it by using communication strategy and theories to cope
up from the issues.
MAIN BODY
Business communication is goal oriented. The rules, modulate and plan of action of a
institution have to be communicated to multitude within and external of the company. This is
regulated by some norms and rules. In previous timing, business communication was constricted
to paper work, telephone calls and many others. But now with advent of technology they have
cell phones, video association, email to change business communicating. Effective business
connection assists in making goodwill of an business.

Tompkins and Cheney's organizational control theory - this theory is an expansion of

The financial assistance should also be given by the university to the students so that the
financial barriers is rejected. The courses should be provided with various options so
that the scholars can choose according their financial position. This assists them to take
the course from abroad.

It is advice that the there is requirements of using effective communication in all the
business. The students also needs effective communication so that they are capable to

communication within company as it is needed to take effective decisions. The students should
also be motivated so that they are ready to go across the border and study despite of hurdles that
they have seen.

requires good communication so that they are capable to understand the concepts. The barriers
faced by the students during going abroad are listed in this report along with the policies to cope
up the hurdles are listed . Also explained in above report about the issues faec by the students
