In an organisation it is important that there must be effective communication among
employees so that work can be completed on time. There should be proper communication

confusion among workers. All the organisations are making plans so that targets can be achieved

image in minds of people. Vaccination is beneficial for health of people and this helps them in
increasing immunity of people. There are different barriers such as, physical barrier, emotional
barrier, informational barrier and language and cultural barrier. Some strategies should be
applied by government so that people can get correct information and get vaccinated. It is
important to get vaccinated because it is beneficial from corona virus. Government strategies
help in motivating people. Government should organise some campaigns, give advertisement in
newspaper, social media and other so that people can get relevant information about vaccination.
It is the responsibility of government to make strategies regarding vaccination. People are having
negative thoughts about vaccine that it is harmful for health and it has side effects. This is wrong
because vaccine has positive impact and it is made for benefit of people. Government should
