Abstract
This report include the general description of organizational communication and their
value in the country. As there are different ways and barriers which faced by the people of UK,
related to different opinion of vaccination process. This report include the barrier, strategies to
overcome the barrier of business communication related to preventing vaccine schedule. Further,
different recommendation are needed to be analyse for their own growth and change the
perspective of the government and their people towards the vaccination system. This is helpful
for considering the way to approach and make systematic growth in taking vaccination centre to
achieve the target of the government.

Introduction
Business communication is one of the effective way to process and share the information
in between changes and make an appropriate changes for the growth of the company. In UK,
most of the people are not take vaccine due to various reason and have prevented through
making different inappropriate reasons. This report included general theories of organisational
communication, barriers of communication and different strategies (Greeff, 2021). This will be
helpful for the growth to work and achieve effective growth around the communities and people
get vaccinated through the different areas related to make vaccinated report.

oriented for the workers. This theory help in controlling the people and ensuring about the chain

Acceptance theory of authorities: The theory is proposed by Chester Barnard in 1938
and his main focus on the effective communication, maintenance of cohesiveness for the formal
organisational structure and in last managing an effective feeling for the self integrity and self
respect (Mano, 2021). This theory is helpful for communicating in a department, for not having
stress the need and make organisational members for the effective communication to make
underline the importance for using effective formal communication related to organisational

behavioural for the growth to make effective speed to make distortion.
Theory X and Theory Y: This theory is related to the motivational approach within an
department, which is founded by Douglas McGregor. This theory is related to effective
approaches in self-control, promote creativity and recognize the people as the assets of the
organisation. With the help of effective communication and major changes are related to provide
suitable growth for external control for the use of effective communication. This is helpful for
considering the approach and make effective growth in an appropriate communication channel.
Which is related to external control and threat of punishment is used to motivate the people and
make an effective business communication channel within an organisation.
Functional Approach to Corporate Culture: This is the approach which is helpful for
effective performance to make unification the across for the organisational changes. This theory
is helpful for considering effective approaches and make functional growth to make an important
for the growth of organisational communication changes (Zdonek, Hysa and Zdonek, 2021). Due
to the effective performance and make communication to work and make reflect for the
distinctive make different organisational culture. All is related to work and make systematic to
analyse the impact and achieve corporate culture and changes.
Evaluate the barriers of communication preventing people getting the vaccine
Physical barriers: There are different sector which are related to inadequate knowledge
for book the vaccine. Further, people are related to think that they are very far from the
vaccination centre. So it would b helpful for the individual to make appropriate growth

know about which vaccine is good for their own health and what actual differences has
been conducted through different challenges. The media play an important role in this as
they are communicating information related to vaccine either positive or negative.
Attitudinal barriers: After analysing different benefits, most of the people are resistant
and deny for make a change in their life. They deny for taking vaccine and feel riskier to
take the vaccination in an appropriate time period. This will be related to different
challenges and make appropriate ways to prevent from vaccine. People think that they
have strong immunity and they never getting chance of Covid (Mohd Hanafiah and Wan,
2021). Cultural barriers: Most of the people are related to achieve different forms and most of
UK people and government speak in only English. Which make a barrier for the other
people who are not able to speak English. The nurse, doctor and most of the covid-19
information are provided in English. Some culture and people are more anxious about the
use of vaccine than the use of others.
Outline government strategies to overcome these barriers
Government make the effective principle and make process to guide the use of
government and take effective actions in the vaccine procurement, distribution and
administration. This will be helpful for the growth to work and make systematic change
for the use of regulatory agencies.
They are realising effective information for the growth and procurement in relation to
disaggregating, user-friendly approach and make an open source formats for the growth
of the publicity (Gupta, 2021). This will be helpful for the government to manage public
expectation and explain their public for the use of vaccination priority.
There are different ways to work and make vaccine proper to foster the trust within
government competence. Which is helpful for consider effective vaccine and demonstrate
their capacity to manage vaccine supplier's campaign. With the help of effective
technologies and achieve the targets to strengthen the control and reliable and make

centre must be organised in large scale venues such as football stadium and a national booking
services. Some major changes and mix people are allow for the growth of people related to age
group, communities and households workers are allow for getting vaccinated.

From the above report, this is concluded that the use of organisational communication are
very effective for the growth and achieve different sectors to make the use of effective
organisational communication. There are different ways and barriers for communicating the
challenge and help the preventing different ways to get vaccine and help to fight against Covid-
19 pandemic. Government should opt the effective strategies to analyse effective growth for
work and make systematic changes in preventing barriers. All of the above mentioned theories
are effective and helpful for changing to analysis systematic growth and approaches to analyse
effective business communication. There are different ways and process for considering the
major adoption to analyse systematic overcome barrier related to business communication and
Covid-19 pandemic.
