1. Schramm's Interactive Model- This the model or theory which
given by Wilbur Schramm in 1954 which was the first person to
model of mathematical of Shannon and Weaver. He gave main
emphasis on encoding and decoding as activities maintained at the
same time by sender and receiver. He also gave emphasis on two
way communication.
He also provided the additional concept of a field of experience which
refers to the type of attitudes which sender and receiver maintains
towards each other. He also included feedback in his model, he
stated that there are two types of feedbacks is influenced by direct
and indirect communication. This model will be very beneficial for
all business as breaks the complex communication into the simplest

2. Dance Helical Spiral Model- This is the model or theory
which is given by Helix in 1967. He depicts communication as
a dynamic process. He stated that communication is developed
in an individual by his birth to existing moment. He also stated

communication of Helix is always moving forward. The
model of communication proposed by him is flexible process
of communication. Businessman can use models of
