their utmost skills and competencies in order to achieve pre determined goals and targets.
Businesses are required to communicate with their stakeholders like suppliers, shareholders,
governmental bodies, consumers and others. For this they are required to be very effective and
efficient in communicating their thoughts and ideas. When business communication is devoid of
effective communication, there will be a lot of barriers which will hamper the working
operations and make the goodwill of organisation diminished. To this it becomes necessary to
overcome the barriers by using effective plans.

Business communication can be characterized as an essential component that allows the
individuals providing their services in the organisation to exchange the relevant information
appropriately and efficiently. The report highlights upon the broad theories of the organisational
communication in the Business United. It also focuses on analysing and evaluating the existing
barriers of communication in the respective business firm. The report also emphasises on the
strategic plans that can be adopted by the Business United organisation so as to combat and
overcome the various existing barriers that are hindering the overall performance of the
individuals working in the same.

Weber’s Classic Organizational Theory
The respected theory was propounded by one of the most respected management pioneer
i.e. Max Weber. The theory elaborates that a business organisation should have a systematic and
clearly defines procedures in regard with the duties and responsibilities. Thus, it can be stated
that the prevailing communication in the business organisation follows a hierarchy so as to
facilitate the communication process in a defined and clear manner (Holotiuk and Beimborn,
2017). This also leads to the reductions and elimination of the misunderstanding that may arise
due to errors and disruptions in the communication channels. The organisation has a very stiff
and rigid kind of communicational structure in which every individual has their defines set of

individuals teaching the same. Technical Barriers are very common during online classes and the
reason for the same needs to identified in order to solve the technical issues in an appropriate
manner.

COVID-19 has restricted the movement and gathering of the individuals in order to
decrease the chances of further spread of the virus among the large number of individuals, This
is one of the primary reasons why most of the universities has been shut down. There are several

surrounding so as to reduce the (Clegg and et. al. 2021 ) unnecessary noises in the background
and to make the communication more effective so that students are able to easily understand the
material taught in the respective class. Peaceful surrounding also facilitates in the enhancement
of the concentration of the students in a way that they can understand what teacher is trying to
communicate in a more effective and better manner. Teachers can also use mute options so as to
mute the students who are creating disturbance in the class and making it difficult for others to
concentrate in the same.
Ensure internet stability and connectivity
In order to minimise the network issues, it can be advised to the students to obtain a
proper internet connection and networking system. This will reduce the disruptions in the class
and will allow the students to attend the class in a proper way without getting disconnected from
the class. It will also ensure that large number of students attend the class so that teacher's
handwork does not get wasted (Yeoh and Popovič, 2016). Proper and effective internet stability
