INTRODUCTION
A process through which information in an organisation is shared between people as well as
their customers is called business communication. An official communication help in sharing the
information about a business to their employs as well as their customers outside the full and
external environment (Birlik and Kaur, 2020). The transport for London is needed to make
proper communication to all the travellers visiting London tube regarding conflicts between local
travellers and tourist. Company needs to generate proper communication to give the information
about harmony and peace in all the stations to all the customers visiting and travelling to London
tube.
TASK 1

Communication refers to an integral part of an organisation which have an efficient role
to play in developing various strategies to achieve the target of company. A number of

Communication holds an important part in delivering a message or information through a sender
to receiver. It is important to develop a proper objective for making the communication and
drafting the information thoroughly so that the right information is received by the receiver.
Various purpose due to which it is a sensual for transport for London to communicate the
information efficiently to their customers are mentioned below:

customer will help an organisation to develop loyal customers which will help them in longer
time period. Fundamental concepts as well as principles followed by organisation can be
effectively understood by employs through better communication. Various practices for employs
are mentioned below:
Be clear and concise: It is essential for employers to make sure that the message which they
want to deliver is clear and shot. It is important to avoid using a number of technical jargons
which might create a confusion in the mind of customers regarding the message which has been
communicated.
Various modes of communication: There are a number of ways to deliver a message to the
sender. It is required by organisation to choose the most appropriate way of delivering
communication which might suit the organisation and also be convenient for the audience.
