Regarding the job position of fundraising and events manager, which is currently advertised,

I have completed my diploma in business studies in the year 2003 from Bristol College and
later, I have completed my MA in events management from University of Edinburg.
Consequently, I have also gathered experience from several organizations such as First for
life, convex hotel, QCQ Hotel where I have worked as regional fundraising manager and
assistant hotel manager. There I was responsible for the overall operation of the hotel. Also in
charge of delivering results and financial performance objectives. Prior to that, I worked at
First for Life as a regional fundraising manager. My responsibilities there included using
resources to maximize participants’ satisfaction, representing the charity in the marketplace
and developing relationships, analysing statistical information and drawing conclusions from
it, developing and implementing volunteer training programs and providing the broad of
directors with regular reports. I have also gained additional experience as an event manger
while working at Convex Hotel – West Midlands. I also worked as office assistant at NHS –
West Bromwich and volunteered for Oxfam Charity – Bristol.

Therefore, it can be said that communication has a very important role in developing an
organization and in maintaining positive working environment in the organization. Hence,
breakdown problem in communication can have the ability of derailing an organization from
the track. There are several issues such as uncertain reporting relationships, diversity problem
in culture and language, poor condition in culture and indecisive leadership that can be
considered as the core factors in breakdown and overall that can be very helpful in preventing
the breakdown in communication problem of an organization.

Problem regarding breakdown in communication has also been observed at the Access

As the Access Wimbledon has a huge number of staffs that are coming from the wide range
of various cultures across the whole world (Samovar, 2015). Therefore, many British
employees have the intention of not accepting the employees who already have different

communication has born in the organization that can create huge negative effect in the

Indecisive leadership in all around the organization can really have the ability of creating a

all employees in the organization is also needed to be observed by the leader. As per the
