Facebook. Employees can also share their achievements of new news related to organization

easily available and accessible by each and every one and everywhere regardless of their
physical location. The original post of the author is partially comprehensive i.e. they have no
included each detail related to Facebook usage in Busyness communication. However, author has
still explained major potential effects of using Facebook within workplace premises but still
some of the components are missing in the original post such as major impact of the Facebook
usage within workplace. In this post maximum characteristics have been identified but have
included very little explanation of it. However, Phillips & et.al., (2017) helped in explaining all
the characteristics of Facebook with an example of each in a detailed manner. If both the articles
are been critically examined then it can be said that Chang, 2017 has successfully explained all
the characteristics and effect of Facebook and organizational communication tool but has missed
to include all the details with example whereas, Phillips & et.al., (2017) has explained all details
