Each and every individual needs to communicate with each other properly so that they
are capable of understanding their point of view and message. Business communication is to
be considered as most essential tool and technique which are used by every organisation, by
employees and other people to execute their activities and share information in well-defined
manner (Bass, 2020). Main purpose of this report is to critically understand the importance of
business communication in this contemporary environment. This report consists of reflection
by using Gibbs model.
