app for the customers’ details management.Team members of the development team
developed this excellent app for resolving a serious problem of the office. Sometimes it
is found that management of the office is not able to track the person as well as
purchase details of the consumers. It happens because of the presence of inefficient
software in the company. For that reason, the top management, sales team, as well as
CRM team, face a huge problem (Rizk et al., 2020). For resolving this crucial issue,
develoment team developed this app. The primary users of this app are consumers as
well as the sales team of the company. In this solution, there is a consumer registration
page. On that page, consumers have registered their names. Once the consumers are
registered their name, then it will automatically store to the database server of the
company. In the database server of the company, some features of cloud computing are
implemented so that it can be accessed from the location of the world. The details can
be accessed by the authorized sales personnel of the company (Saleem et al., 2020).
Employees of the sales ream also register their names into the app and get their login
details. If a consumer wants to purchase some services from the company then they
can perform the live chat with the sales as well as the CRM team of the company. After
getting confirmation, the CRM team forwards the consumer’s request to the sales team
of the company so that they can perform further communication with the consumer. The
consumer can also perform chat with the sales team regarding further clarification for
purchasing a particular service. If the client is satisfied then they can perform the
necessary payment with the help of this app and proceed with the purchasing of the
services (JIAO & XU, 2020). The most interesting feature of this app is that it has video
chatting facility. With the help of this feature, the client can perform the chatting with the
sales as well as CRM teams in an efficient manner. With the help of this app, the sales,
as well as CRM team of the company, can perform the communication efficiently. It
helps to improve the production of the company and enhances the profit of the
company. It helps to expand their business. But there are some disadvantages to this
app. The app may be hacked by some external hackers. For that reason, it may affect
the consumer database of the company. For that reason, the development team is
working to implement some efficient cryptographic tools, so that the app can be more
secured. With the help of some attractive features of this app, the company can attract
many consumers. It helps to enhance some new opportunities for the business of the
company. There may be some user and device authentication-related issues (Darics,
2020). It may hamper the data storage of the consumer as well as the employee which
may lead to a great loss for the company. The app will the employees as well as
management of the company to expand their business worldwide.
