Participating in drama has always been part of my life but the last performance was the
best. I emerged as top actor winning two awards. This was possible by months of practice
and polishing up on my talent.
5. What was the most important team role I ever fulfilled and why?
Serving as an assistant in a short-term project by an international organization gave me
the exposure of working under competent leadership. I learnt to focus on a vision and
grow my skills.

Leadership values is more important because it gives me a focus and engages my
passions for adventure and success in life. I know that I have a purpose as a leader when my

My next plan is to focus on the fulfilment of my career in an effort to deliver service to people
professionally. Through problem solving and work experience, I plan to implement what I have
learnt academically in real life situations (PWC, 2017).
Being passionate about people is a central focus. Through innovation, I plan to tap into my talent
and merge with volunteer work and hobbies for successful implementation as shown below

Competency involves more than skills and experience. It takes personal branding to bring
out the best in an individual. Passions come in as important aspects of personal development.
The integration of passions in individual traits is the same as investing in branding techniques for
business organizations. Passions connect to goals because people find careers out of their
creative ideas. Individuals who are multitalented also come out as multi-skilled hence portray

stronger potential. My passions bring out unique attributes. In the process of having fun or
adventure, I often come across ways of solving problems. I know that employers seek for

organization. My individual passions drives the ability to stand out. Engraved in my career goals
and personal objectives, these are valuable assets for my future job hunting attempts. As an
addition to skills and work experience, these define my personality.
As a young, well-educated, and entrepreneurial mind, I have solutions for the community
and people as consumers. My plan is to learn new ways of doing things as I engage in popular
