The key in building any kind of relationship
and attaining goals in any other business
requires an individual to communicate
effectively. There are some barriers which
make such practice less efficient, thus
different measures have to be adopted so as
to overcome the defined barriers. Few
practices which can be implemented are
discussed below.
Communicate as per receiver – The
interactions should be according to the
receiver, if the receive belongs to different
culture and does not understand any
language and the communication should be
in very simple language and effective use
of body language must be promoted. Thus,
the driver should use such practice to
communicate with people having difficulty
in understanding English.
The culture as well as communication both
influences each other. The socio economic
status of individual affect the way people
interact with each other, the cultural
background as well as the language a
person speak largely influences the style in
which individuals act and behave. Such
differences can be dissolved by suspending
the judgement towards a culturally different
person.

The driver should gather all information essential
in explaining any scenario and then evaluate
accordingly so that the customers can feel
comforted and invited. The driver should ask for
feedbacks from the travellers so as to rectify their
errors and make them feel that their opinions are
valuable, which positively help in retaining the
customers.
Rid of deviation in perception
The company should ensure that they hire
right individual for delivering the services.
They should recruit such drivers who can
understand one or two language so that they
can easily communicate with diverse
customers. Apart from this proper training
may also be provided to make them
understand how to act in front of customers.
