organisation. Effective communication helps to keep all the stakeholders motivated to work and

Communication can be basically defined as the process through which data and

a very critical role in student's life and improves them in better learning. Moreover, it basically
comprises of various types of barriers which could result in discouraging the students to study
abroad. In addition to that, different strategies are basically adopted by the University in order to
overcome the various barriers.

The process of organizational communication plays a very important role in defining the
various channels of the communication which are taken into consideration for the purpose to
establish interaction with different members. It is very important to have a formal
communication in the company so that there is proper relationship between the employers and
employees in the organization (Alshare and Sewailem, 2018).
General Theories of organizational communication
Bureaucracy Theory: In reference to this theory, it was given by German Sociologist Max
Weber. It basically states that it is very important to have interaction with all the members. It
basically means that the employees should receive order from one person and need to report the
same. It is very important to follow a specific order which can be followed by each and every
person in the organization. The employees working in the company cannot communicate directly
with the higher authority and it is important to take permission. Such theory helps in controlling
the employees working (Ewing, Men and O’Neil, 2019).
