such as speed disorder, phobia, depression etc. This may
cause barriers to effective communication which may cause
chaos within the organisation. This barrier must be removed
by the taking proper feedback for employees.
Emotional barrier: The emotional barrier depends
upon the personality of individual and the IQ of the person
determines the ease as well as comfort in which they can
communicate. While people with more emotional
personality have to low communication skills. This can be
overcome by interacting with more and more people within
the organisation.
Identify common challenges of effective barriers to
effective communication
Lack of plan: Effective communication requires
the preplanning and formal strategy before interacting
with the employees (Sutter and Kieser 2019). For the
manager of Mr. Fishy it is important to develop a
