The aim of the report is to include the annotated bibliography related to the implementation of
the digital communication strategy within an organisation. The report includes the annotated
bibliography on the topic which says the use of social media in workplace to communicate. The

There are basically two methods of research which helps in collecting data which are a primary

state that the social media use creates a positive influence on the output of employees, two-way
