Introduction
In this report, it consists of the Annotated bibliographies that depict one of the business issues is
communication problems that prevail in each and every organisation at the different
organizational level. This report contains a brief description of the communication problems that
are facing by the organizations. These issues assist the business is resolving the communication

communication process that strategically impact the safety issue. This study includes the analysis
by addressing the research by hypotheses from the 652 consumers. This research assists in
finding the risk, social trust, emotions and support which are the key issues in the business. It is
important that these issues considered at priority and Facebook considered these as an effective
