ANNUAL PERFORMANCE
We have audited the accompanying consolidated balance sheets
of Cadbury plc and subsidiaries (the “Company”) as of 31
December 2008, 2007 and 2006, and the related consolidated
income statements, consolidated statements of recognised
income and expense, consolidated statements of changes in
equity and consolidated cash flow statements for each of the
years then ended. These financial statements are the
responsibility of the Company’s management.

Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (United States).
Those standards require that we plan and perform the audit to
obtain reasonable assurance about whether the financial
statements are free of material misstatement. An audit includes

As per the above report it has been concluded that the
communication is very important in every business organisation.
Cadbury is using various communication aids for establishing
better communication channel between organisation and
customers. Electronic and non-electric media helpful in reducing
