quicker problem-solving and more streamlined business processes which will be effective in
gaining high level of effective information within the stipulated decision-making.
For instance- In any kind of companies, the superiors can be communicating with their
subordinates regarding the different meetings through email. Moreover, the different promotional
aspects or events can be communicated to the customers with the help of emails which helps
them in quicker problem solving and responding to the business prospects successfully.
In addition, it has been noticed that through the help of the email, it is highly easy to use
and information are at the finger tips of the senders and receivers as well. For instance- In case
of the different companies such as Marks and Spencer, as it is the big retail store, therefore, there
can be complaints from customers against the different divisions. In such scenario, the email is
the most convenient option which will be beneficial in improving the growth prospects of the
company and it will be beneficial in improving the growth of the company and make the
business highly profitable in nature as well.
There can be instant chat robots that can be included in the emails which can be replying
instantly to the messages and solve the queries of the customers instantly will make them happy
customers. Therefore, from the above, it can be inferred that emails play a vital role in solving
