famous social network over internet for business communication. For business communication,
Facebook is viewed as excellent communication tool for communicating with one another.
Through Facebook, information related to business as well as cultural production could be
exchanged (Kabir, 2017). Pages of business organizations in Facebook holds several information
in several separate formats such as images, texts and videos. Page in Facebook have several
benefits for business. Facebook is marketing strategy of low cost. The marketing activities which
would cost huge amount of money by the other channels could be used in Facebook in fraction
of a cost.
The basic information of a business could be shared through Facebook. Page of Facebook
is pace where business name, contact details and address could be publicized as well as briefly
describe the services as well as products. Facebook lets to upload pictures as well as videos of
business. It is powerful way for making communication with the customers, which allows them
in seeing products as well as services without visiting the premises (Kwok & Yu, 2016). Users
are allowed by Facebook in tagging photos related to business. The function could be used for
promoting business. Facebook could be used for talking with potential and existing customers
through posting as well as receiving messages. However, Facebook should not be used
