INTRODUCTION
The term business communication provides information to all individuals that are
provided by enterprise which is performed for generating commercial benefits in an organisation.
In addition to this, business communication also shares information that is used for approaching
customers through sharing essential information about products and services. Moreover, it also
includes different information perspective which is used for promoting products and services
easily (Veltsos, 2017). This report is composed from point view of GO travel which operates its
business in ravel industry. Further, report highlights principle of communication and
communication practices and in last, strategy to overcome from different issue is included in this
report.
Literature review
Importance of business communication to overcome from barriers
According to the perspective of Robert T. Craig, 2015 business communication plays an
important role for organisation that leads to enhance overall productivity by discussing about
challenges that impacts on goals and objectives of organisation. In the present scenario, most of
the organisations are performing their work at global level for increasing their market area as
well as profits. But to manage all actions at such a huge area it is identified that individuals are
facing regular challenges from different operations and functions. Therefore, to deal with this
properly Go travel utilise technique of communication which is used to transfer information
easily among all department. Along with this communication method also leads organisation to
transfer essential information easily in all operations and functions (Raina and Roebuck, 2016).
Moreover, with right communication method it is easy for management to motivate all
individuals for implementing essential changes in organisation.

Analysis of organisational communication theories
Organisational communication theories are used by respective organisation for
implementing and understanding better relationship between company and environment. This
refers to study of developing organisational structure and design that manage activities and
operations of company properly. Some effective principle that is used for effective
communication is mention as follow:
To demonstrate all ideas in clear format- First of all the most essential aspect is to
determine that all ideas must be in clear among mind of sender. This result it is easy in
understanding to utilise fully information to complete the operations in proper manner.
From perspective of Go travel sender must cleat their ideas before transferring to its
stakeholders (Pikhart, 2017).
Principle of appropriate language- From the perspective of this principle,
communication must be used by individual to perform its work in a simple language. All
ideas, information and data which are transferred must be clear and easy to understand.
The main aim to implement principle of appropriate language is to remove doubts that
generate challenges for organisation such as less use of technical words, use of
meaningful words etc.
Principle of attention- With this principle of communication it is identified the receiver
to whom knowledge or idea is transferred must be clear and understand meaning of
words. It means that transferring information with in proper manner is leading
management to complete all work as per decided strategy. Example- if there are any
changes are decided by management then it is implemented through using
communication methods.
Principle of consistency- With understanding about the principle of consistency it is
used by management for making consistency among all of its objectives. For this Go
travel or any other organisation consist that with better procedure and processes
management consider its work is completed through understanding policies (Mai and
Hoffmann, 2014). This is used for making better roles and responsibilities that leads to
complete all work in similar way or process.

motive of accomplishing top position in market. But the barrier or issue generates challenges for
organisation so to overcome from them management must adopt communication system along
with different that helps for completing all project in an organised manner.
Evaluation of communication practice and barrier faced by organisation
The term communication is used to refer various range of activities and practices that
undertakes various system including listening and talking, writing, reading and performing all
work in a way that involves to transfer message and information by use of right medium in
different situation (Kleckner and Marshall, 2014). In context of Go travel, communication
practices leads management to identify and understand different barrier that is impacting on
communication system.
Verbal communication- It is a system that enhances work possibility for implement and
transfer information that is used for speaking and sign language. This is most common type that
is used by all individuals to interact with each other. From perspective of Go travel the issue
faced by organisation is that individuals are not active at time of providing information due to
which its work is impacted and desired results are not gained by management. So to overcome
from organisation management leads to implement those steps which helps listener for
understanding of work in proper manner.
Non-verbal communication- With this communication system management ensures that
its task are completed through use of body language, facial expression and gesture. This results
that management use all this method for completing its work in proper manner. It is based on
intentional and unintentional basis. Like, by developing a sound and effective idea an individual
might smile. Non-verbal communication generates challenge for Go travel as it is not possible
for understand of thought and feelings.
Written communication- It refer to act of writing communication through printing
symbol that includes letter and number for transferring information that is used to record and
refer information properly (Dulek and Campbell, 2015). The challenge which is faced by written
communication from perspective of Go travel is that management use technical words which
generates challenges for receiver to understand information in proper manner. This results
sometimes management is not able for completing its work. Further, to overcome from these
challenge Go travel implement formal communication method for completion of their work.

generosity will get created. It helps to make the better knowledge of different aspect that has

that are as defined below as:
It must get begin with the friendly nature by which the easy understanding will get
generated and that helps to make the clear information that is related to get performed
task in effective manner.
The provided appreciation must be more honest by which it helps to induce more positive
change within the individual personality that are working within the GoTravel.
Always perform the genuine interaction with all by which more clarity will get generated
and it will convey the better knowledge and information with the every individual that get
worked in the GoTravel (Cardon and Marshall, 2015).
There are some different barrier that exist within the GoTravel and some strategy that helps
to overcome from that barrier with more relevancies and it is described below as:
Inactive listener: It is the barrier that will resist the performance and act as the resistor
and by that the employee didn’t perform well as because of insufficient learning and
considerate. In this the GoTravel must develop the better understanding by providing
them the adequate training about to be more patient and have self control. In this the
employee must think twice while speaking and be aware about the indulge talks.
Use of technical works in the communication: It is the barrier that will be generated by
insufficient background knowledge or lack in educational concentrate. Thus in that the
GoTravel must conduct the special training sessions in which the technicality must get
more clear that removes the redundancy from the working behaviour.

methods to overcome from challenges that impacts on organisational goals and objectives.
