effective communication are also mentioned in this report. Different styles of oral communication
along with oral presentation of corporate data in formal condition is given in this report. Three
examples of written business communication are provided in this Presentation.

dual direction. This system enable concurrent communication in dual direction and allows
backward path for supervision and remote modification of machinery in the field. Full duplex
and half duplex are two types of duplex communication system. The full duplex system

communication is in one direction at one time.
