This pandemic has been responsible for the affecting
many organizations which belong to the NHS.
NHS being the publicly funded body of health care had
to face major issues in the management of the use
number of patients.
There was a major increase in the number of patients
which resulted in the health literacy towards the key
influencers of the relevant information's.
Due to the number of patients which increased in the
organization the health care organizations also had to
treat customers via online monitoring.
This pandemic has been responsible for the affecting
many organizations which belong to the NHS.
NHS being the publicly funded body of health care had
to face major issues in the management of the use

There was a major increase in the number of patients
which resulted in the health literacy towards the key

It is never considered to be as effective in the association of the improvements in the
presentation to only utilize the information which is available on the websites.
According to the feedback there are improvement which can be made such as the
introduction of different technologies which can bring better and more effective
communication to the healthcare organization.
