The post related to business communication, based on the viewpoint of Morgan
(2018), is investigated to be comprehensive in nature. This is because the post explains the
criticality of clear and concise communication in consideration of any productive and
professional business organisation. Concerning the business communication, the use of email
and its efficiency has been explained. The post states that the business organisations depends
on its employees to write emails and communicate information to the required people
(Colbert, Yee & George, 2016). However, they fail to train the employees about the
maintenance of the same. However, it was analysed that the missing component in the post
was that it was just focused on email as a part of business communication and not the
essential characteristics of the same. This clearly states that the post failed to recognise the
plausible characteristics of business communication. The post, however, included the
example of the need for writing detailed and useful emails in the field of project management.
This was so because the failure in the detailing of the email concerning the technical details
of the project will lead to crash in the complete project. In this context, the aspects that are to
be taken into consideration while writing an email was specified in the post. The same was
recognised to be the audience, the message, the clarity in the message, the language and tone
of the message as well as the structure of the message. It was also stated that using the correct
tone is necessary in both the cases of the internal and external form of emails. This is so
because the incorrect tone would misguide the reader of the message and the reputation of the
business organisation would be spoiled.
