 Here, this Presentation is focused on some of the key issues,
discussed in this presentation, regarding the effective
communication in business in context with the engineering business
and organization.
 The three issues or fail in attaining effective communication in
organizations working under engineering recruits has been
discussed in this presentation.

Importance of
Email

Importance of email communication
The message which is sent and meant to be
delivered, the receiver does not communicate
comprehended.
Sometimes it also possible that the email might
not reach to the person, where the email is meant
to go.
Using emails, communication gap developed will
create inefficiency of the communication among
the employees.

Consequences
 The use of email services were not up to
the mark.
 The information usually lost in the
process, and is unable to reach to all the
employees working in the organization.
 Such communication gap decrease the
motivational level of the employees.

Solution
A policy included or developed which will
force employees to communicate and check
emails frequently.
Strategies can be useful here, to confirm that no
information is been lost in the process, of
communication.
Meetings can be arranged in important
information to be communicated.

Resolve Issue
The smooth flow of communication will allow employees
to understand the information quickly as possible.
It is essential because emails are useful, and able to send
messages to as many as they want, hence it is essential to
solve issues, rather giving up on this issue (Norouzi,
2015).

Lack of active
listening
Employees do not communicate effectively, hence they were unable
to do their jobs effectively.
Employees do not understand the importance of effective
communication and listening.
With ignorance of active listening, communication is poor, with
results are poor.

Consequences
Employees do not listen properly, and wont understand the
importance of it, which results in ineffective listening.
Dismantling teams will create the need to have effective
communication and listening.
Ignoring active listening, will ineffectively create bad
interpersonal skills among the employees (Hung, 2013).

Solution
The culture within the organization should encourage active
listening, and making it mandatory is important.
Listening skills training programs can be arranged, to improve skills
of the employees.
Monitoring will create consistency in the listening skills
development program within the employees (Polito, 2013).

Essentiality to
Resolve Issue
Active listening skills will allow employees to understand any complex
messages quite easily.
Active listening and better communication skills also allow employees
to understand other skills easy then before.
With active listening, work efficiency among the employees will
improve.

Significance
Informal communication increases the communication process among
the seniors and other managers, will also improved the performance.
Informal communication, unknowingly increase the efforts of the
employees, as informal communication will improve the motivation of
the employees.
Too much work pressure can be handled through effective informal
communication.
