Question 1:-
Has digital communication changed the nature of human communication?
Answer 1:-
Some years ago, persons had limited choices for switching evidence with one another. It's
perhaps tough for younger learners today to visualize a world where they could only interconnect
by really speaking directly to other people, through telephonic media or face to face. Digital
communication is very much helpful for the person (Ireland et al., 2014). A person who is not
able to contact their relatives or friends physically then they easily communicate digitally with
them. Apart from the telephonic communication, people can relate to each other through the
email or messaging or digital media platform. At this moment, web-based applications like
Facebook twitter, and Instagram are essential digital platforms for human communication.
Question 2:-
Why should business writers strive to use short, familiar, simple words? Does this "dumb down"
business messages?
Answer:-
Business writers must use accustomed and simple words in their messages. It will
enhance the understandability of the message (Goodman, Fanelli & Ioannidis, 2016). Persons
can recognize the evidence present in ordinary language, taking simple words. The use of tough
terminologies might affect the efficiency of the news. Evade a harsh term that takes user
impression proficiently and is suitable for the spectators. If the writer uses simple language and
familiar terminologies, that is helpful for the audience.

Question 3:-
What are the three ways to avoid using bias language?
Answer:-
It is a language that is thoughtful to publics' age, race, gender, physical situation, and
several other classifications. If the writer uses the third person instead of first-person, then it very
much appropriate. For instance, a sentence like "we discover that these rules delay with control
in the university "can be replaced by "the instructor discovers that these rules delay with control
in the university."
A business writer must use proper language while interconnecting with the viewers. It
takes more evidence than the negative word (McCreary & Kelly, 2014). Optimistic messages are
enjoyable to learn, as well as inspiring. For instance, a sentence like "Alex would not be regretful
that" can be substituted by "Alex would applaud that."
The business writer should avoid gender-biased pronouns. For instance, "The
organization delivered each worker his individual laptop" can be replaced by "The organization
distributed each worker a laptop."
Question 4:-
It is believed that lousy writing makes smart people look dumb?
Answer:-
It is correct that bad writing makes a person dumb because the writing is frequently
proving a replication of writer smartness. If the writer is facing some writing errors, then it

creates a terrible image for the readers. The readers are not able to read any writing; then, they
