The study of the communication had helped me understand the various scopes and the
schemes that are related to the communication on the professional aspects. The communication
on the professional front helps in the initiation of the communication within the organization that
have been operational within the global territories. The professional communication within the
various organizations are helpful in the achievement of the goals and the aims that have been set
by the concerned organizational management (Berger, 2014). The effectivity of the ethical
communication within the organization is required for the maintenance of the presence of logic
in the communication, the respect among the members within the communication, the honesty in
the communication. The ethical communication further ensures the democracy within the
organization as well as the clarity among the employees of the organization. The communication
within the organization aims to deal with the matters that are related to the assistance of the
workforce of the organization in the understanding on the matters that are related to the goals,
the vision as well as the mission of the company. The communication within the business
organizations aim at the spread of the information within the concerned organization. The
communication within the organization also aim to discuss the matters that influence the
persuasion as well as the entertainment of the concerned members of the organization. The
following essay aims to reflect on the weekly lectures. The essay would proceed to provide a
brief literature on one of the themes that were discussed in the weekly lectures and then proceed

communication within the organization. The various nonverbal methods of communication are
inclusive of the exchange of the mails, the reports, the several types of letters that are extended
towards the employees of the organization, the newsletter issued by the company, the manuals
that are distributed within the company (Chiper, 2015). The nonverbal mode of communication
might further include the expressions, the bodily gestures as most importantly the listening skills.
The third week helped me to gain knowledge on the importance of the written mode of
communication. The written communication helps in the circulation of the important messages
all over the concerned organization. The written communication further helps in the matters that
are related to the collection of the feedback from the concerned employees of the organization.
The lectures of the fourth and the fifth week has helped me to learn more about the
various matters that are related to the implementations of the written communication in the
business operations. This week has helped me to gather information on the matters that are
related to the importance of the implementation of the written communication in order to develop
a formal environment within the given company. The written communication helps in the
circulation of the important messages all over the concerned organization (Ladegaard & Jenks,
2015). The fifth week majorly concentrates on the disadvantages of the written communication.

to be used in presenting any information to the employees of the organization in a professional
manner. The effectivity of the business communication is a huge concept that rests majorly on
two pillars, the verbal communication and the non-verbal communication. The employee of the
organization might face a huge number of challenges in the maintenance of the effective business
communication within the organization. This is due to the factors that are related to the
differences in the cultural backgrounds of the concerned employees as well as the various
attitudes that are depicted by the employees.
The seventh week has educated me on the matters that are related to the intercultural
communication. The lectures helped me to learn that the intercultural communication within the
organization majorly dealt with the communication that existed within the various employees of
the organization. The intercultural communication within the organization refers to the matters
that are related to the communication among the people who might have differences in their
cultural backgrounds as well as their attitudes (Zhang et al., 2015). This makes the

within the organization might help in the direct communication within the organization which
results in the faster responses from the targeted person.
The ninth week dealt with the various matters that are related to the communication
within the groups that are active in the organization. The group communications that are
organized within the organization can be differentiated on the basis of the number of members
that are present within the concerned group. The management of the organization is advised to
conduct verbalized communication among the employees of the organization. This helps in the
management as well as the proper communication of the instructions as well as the issues among

communication might be maintained in a proper manner through the proper implementation of
the participative style of decision-making.

interpersonal communication as well as the key importance of the interpersonal communication
within the operations of the business organization. The major benefit of the interpersonal

might have differences in their cultural backgrounds as well as their attitudes. This makes the
communication even more tough (Pamment, 2015). The intercultural communicational skills
might help me in the establishment of the proper interaction with the colleagues who belong to

communicate with the senior members of the organization without any kind of hesitation
