Reflection
I have learned so many things about business communication theory from my research
and training. I do not understand this concept in the beginning about the process of changing
ideas and thoughts in the business. There are many theories which I read during 3 moths such as
Social Exchange Theory, Organizational Information theory etc (Mayfield and Mayfield, 2017).
There are many skilled I develop during this period for example managing project,
communication skills etc. However, not able to manage time and hence my research extended
and on the contrary it gives me a lesson that next time I have to schedule before starting g any
project. One of the difficulty I face in research is searching no theory is summarized or organize
in right way which decrease chances of quality research. Many of friend try to help me for that
but because of lack of information, it becomes problematic situation. There is no fix theory that
any one of my research company has adopted or I can say they have no idea about that which
become major challenge to understand and evaluate theory during trimester. Generally most of
chosen firm focuses on mix theory for example Tesla use social exchange with Organizational
Information theory and hence it creates lot of confusion which place it has selected any one of
them. Although company has classified various theories and model related to business
communication which helped me a lot and saved my times. Another thing which disappoint is
the process organizational followed for the business communication, most of this model use by
IT firms and HRM of the firm find it less interesting to invest time in I (Ruben and Gigliotti,
2016)t. 3 months experience is neither good nor bad for me as it create a lot of difficulties
because of not right instruction. My guide gives the assignment but did not take any interest in, it
and because of that work load and pressure continuously increase which become a major barrier
in completed the task. However, Other professor in the university are helpful and support me a
lot through task completion and also send me many resources associated with it. I am the only
one who get this project and the first so not able to take help from seniors in the university. I did
not perform well because of lack of resources and support from advisor and hence it becomes
difficult me to handle all associate challenges. Managing the skill I observe was very poor and
hence it consumes lot of times. Business communication is vast topic and become part of it
support in handling future semester project in the University as well as in firm. Understanding

and evaluation of project I found very interesting in the research (Hussain, 2018). Number of
breaking task and working on it is another interesting aspect that I understand and learn during
this research. I have use various kind of software for making presentation related to it and it
increases creativity and innovation of me(Bovée, Thill, and Raina, 2016). There are various
kinds of skills which I have learn but also many which I am lack. For example management skill
of mine is very poor which I have to develop in upcoming semester. You Tube is one of the best
place where I am learning to manage skills of project. Time utilization for the task is another
thing that create lot of burden and hence I prepare Itinerary for the task and schedule it so that it
can help me in coop with activities and save my time. Resources evaluation and searching skill
become problematic during the study and hence I am taking help of one of my friend to use of
google as well as other platform for developing these skills. I am also planning to take extra
classes for this which can help me in reduce negative traits of my skills. There are many things
which creates challenge for me to grow and become good student, so I am working on it to
overcome. Personal and professional life effected from this task and hence next time will give
equal time to all and hence try to balance it. I am not good at communication and hence need to
focus and started taking communication lectures in university. Also, new professor in the
semester are helping, and I am regular in contact with him to grasp the things and skills as much
as I can. All of my friend started a new system in the university that in leisure time will discuss
study issue and how we are dealing. Exchanging information will be grateful for grow and learn
in the new semester.
