This report provides a self-reflection on the student's communication skills in a workplace setting, utilizing five diagnostic tools: self-perceived communication competence, intercultural communication apprehension, personal report of public speaking anxiety, non-verbal immediacy scale, and talk-aholic scale. The student analyzes their strengths and weaknesses in verbal and non-verbal communication, public speaking, and intercultural interactions. The report highlights two major communication issues: challenges in various workplace situations and difficulties in intercultural communication. It includes personal experiences of communication breakdowns, referencing scholarly opinions on the importance of self-perceived and intercultural communication, and suggests strategies for improvement, such as enhancing non-verbal communication and overcoming language barriers. The report emphasizes the importance of effective communication for professional success and offers insights into how to improve interactions with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
