INTRODUCTION
During last few years there has been great advancement in technology which has
completely changed the way of doing business. In highly competitive business environment
success and growth of companies is dependent on the way they use technology in their business
operations. In context of information technology, it has brought the positive improvement in the
manner an organization stores, retrieve, transmits and manages the business information.
The report of have focus on analyzing the perception of different scholars and authors
