INTRODUCTION
Communication is a process of transferring information to another in an effective
manner. It is ability to convey message to other person in which manager easily share
information between people at workplace for attaining commercial benefit. As it is important for
every person in every day activity to exchanging conversation with another person. It is two way
process and it can be verbal and non verbal (Jackson, 2014). Present report discussed about
communication models and system. Along with this, oral communication is also present in this
report. Furthermore, communication in writing is also discussed here.

Oral communication is consider as an important method through which sender can
communicate with the receiver by using interviews and many more. With the help of this, both
parties easily communicate with each other. Along with this, face to face communication sender
easily communicate with receiver. It can be written form and at the same time also reduce the
chances of arising any kind of issues and conflicts between sender and receiver.
Along with this, there is an effective case in which customers are not happy with
company products and services (Hashim, 2015). As company create interview questions for the
purpose of providing them better satisfaction. In this interview conversation is follows:

Customer: Is this type of services are provide to their customers with less quality?
Response: Sorry for out mistake sir. We tries to make quality services for you as per needs and
this type of mistake do not repeat again.
Customer: What is this? You are joking with me? Your services is very poor for me.
Response: Sir really sorry for this. I make sure that you are not facing this type of issue with
your products. For this, I will give you compensate and provide another product.
Customer: Not at now, I really disappointed with your services so that I don't want to buy any
kind of products from you.

Response: Thank You sir, we will deliver quality service. Hope have a nice day. I glad to
talking with you.
