Communication plays a significant role in case of developing good relationship between
the management and employees, which indirectly ensures the organizational productivity1. It is
true that communication with stakeholders can play an important role for attracting the
stakeholders towards funding in the organizational development process. The purpose of the
study is to focus on understanding the communication needs in the fitness industry. Highlighting
different communication theories and those effective implications in case of improving the
stakeholder communication processes have been described. At the end of the study,
recommendations have been provided which can ensure the better communication in the fitness
sector.
Overview of communication needs
In order to ensure the communication standard in the workplace, it is very important for
developing the code of conduct. In the first case, it has been mentioned that the first group
needs to focus on introducing effective code of conduct by making the collaboration with
government members. On the other hand, ensuring the positive workplace environment and
developing effective communication, collecting the feedbacks from gym owners, personal
trainers and exercise professionals2. This can help to ensure the ethical standard in the
workplace. It cannot be denied that ethical concerns have become common issue in every
business sector. In this situation, understanding the ethical and moral issues and it impact on
the workplace environment needs to be analyzed3. Through the proper interaction with the
stakeholders, it can be easier to understand the challenges faced by them in the workplace4.

authorities to understanding their needs, which can drive the effective personal training plan.

In this study, it can be concluded that effective implication of communication strategies
are very important for ensuring the standard organizational performance. It is true that
depending on the emerging business environment, development of effective communication
strategy has become necessary for developing the strong relationship between the
management, employees and customers. Analyzing the situations of three groups, it can be
said that in order to ensure the standard performance and dealing with the ethical issues,
satisfying the communication needs are compulsory.
Recommendations
Analyzing the above situations and communication needs in three groups it can be
suggested that in order to develop code of conduct it I very important for the government to
introduce an effective organizational design so that that the strategic direction can be clarified
to the individuals. Before developing the code of conduct, it is very important for the
organization to understand the emerging situational issues. Analyzing different aspects of
management is also very important for introducing an effective communication plan. Using the
strong internal fit model, mission as well as strategic execution can be clarified to the members,
which can help to deal with the internal situations in the workplace.
In case of satisfying the communication needs of second group, it can be said that
research is very important. Understanding the ethical issue and morale challenges, proper
monitoring is needed to be developed so that the actual situation can be analyzed. In this case,
with the effective implementation of interactive communication model, both the verbal and non-
verbal concerns of the employees can be analyzed. By continuing this, it can also be said that
based on the information gathering processes, it can be easier to identify the actual cause
behind the issue, which can help to bring the betterment in the workplace.
In case of third group, computer mediated relationship strategy needs to be developed in
the workplace. This strategy can play an important role for improving the existing bond between
potential target customers and employers can be developed, in which based on the needs and
demands of the customers, the training and development plan can be developed for managing
the quality standard in the fitness industry.

In this study, it can be concluded that effective implication of communication strategies
