Corporate social responsibility is defined as international private enterprise self regulation

Business which are described below:
CSR of Micro
Micro businesses are referred as companies having assets value of less that $250000 per

Part 2- Reflection
I am very glad that I get such great opportunity to conduct my initial project on one of the
major topic i.e. related to business communication and how it is effective for a business unit as
well as their management. While conducting project I able to enhance as well as understand my

knowledge, skills, abilities and capabilities of doing things in effective and effectual manner.
Along with this I able to note that there are several skills which can be denote as my strength as
well as there are some which are my weakness. This I get to know when I am working with my
term members on respective project. While conducting project I get to understand that I have
effective communication skills because I am able to interact with each team members in effective
manner. This will also help me in conducting proper interaction so that we can share our ideas,
strategies and feeling in proper way which helps in attainment of desire goal as well as target. In
addition to this I also understand that I have skill of working with others because I properly
interact with other as well as I conduct effectively in team so that I and my team members can
attain our desire goal.
Furthermore, I also get to know that there are some skills in which I am lacking behind and
that are my weakness because it impact on my career in future. Such as I am weak in numeracy
as I am not do numerical activities fast as well as effective manner due to which I not able to
perform connected task as well as I also not able to take part in budget related decision.
Moreover, I am also less knowledge and understanding about the ICT which is related to using
Micro office programs which are useful during studies as well as at workplace. This is so
because at workplace or university an individual need to develop reports, files and presentation
during that Microsoft office knowledge and skill plays a major role and help in conducting
activities effectively. Along with this, while developing report I also get to know or understand
that I have low problem solving skills which impact on my communication skill sometime. This
is so because I effectively interact with others but when they share their problems or issues with
me I am not able to provide them appropriate or reliable solutions which impact my
performance. About this I get to know when one of my team members came to me for discussion
its personal problem but at that time I not able to solve their issues because I am not able to
understand which strategy will work in particular situation.
So in this situation I need to polish my skills which are strong and enhance or improve those
which are weak. It is so because through it I make my career in effective manner which help me
in attaining my desire career goal or target. This will also aid me in taking appropriate strategies
as well as plans according to the situations. For it I can adopt different methods or theories like
Gibbs reflection learning model which is developed by Graham Gibbs in 1988 that is based on
learning through experiences (Regev and et. al., 2013). The respective model is divided into

three major stages i.e. description, feeling, evaluation, analysis, conclusion and action plans. In
these phase there are various types of questions which a learner need to answer according to their
experience. In this first stage is description that is related to the experience through which I will
go through while conducting project activities. In this I need to answer some questions like what
happened in project, when as well as where it happened, who was present at that time, what did
me and other persons are doing (Schüz, 2012). It may also include other questions like what was
the estimated result of project, why me and my team are there and may more.
Then at next stage i.e. feeling I need to answers some question which help me in exploring
each and every feeling that I am going through while conducting project. In this stage I need to
answer questions like what was I am feeling during conduct project work, situation before and
after, what other peoples are feeling. It will also include thinking through which a person will go
during situation and what I was thinking at that particular situation. The third stage is evaluation
at which I need to conduct analysis related to the work which I have done at particular project
and in this I will answer questions like what good as well as bad experiences take place during
project work. Along with this I also need to understand what things are conducted well and what
are not, so that I and my team members can plan strategies accordingly for attaining desire goal
(Zhu and Liu, 2014).
In addition to this, fourth stage is analysis at which I have chance to make ensure that every
activities are made with sense for attaining desire goal and target. This is so because it will help
in developing effective as well as effectual strategies and for that I also need to answer some
major questions. For example why all activities are conducted well and if not then why not, what
sense that I can develop of that particular situation through which I am going while conducting
project. After this at fifth stage I need to conduct conclusion that based on the situation through
which I am going for attaining desire goal, in this questions included are what I learn from
situation or project, what are the skills which are developed by conducting this effectively. Then
the last stage is action plan in which I have to develop strategies according to the situation of
project. By adopting this model, I can enhance my skills, abilities and capabilities in effective
way that lead to accomplishment of project in successfully as well as impressively.
CONCLUSION
By evaluating above discussed point it can be conclude that for every firm it is essential to
conduct effective business communication because through it they can enhance their work

quality that lead to attainment of desire goal and objective. Along with this every company also
need to conduct CSR activities (Corporate social responsibilities) because it will help them in
attracting customers and enhancing goodwill at the marketplace. There are different types of
organization and accordingly they need to conduct CSR activities for the society as through
which they can use it as a succession measure technique. In addition to this there are several
strategies or plans which a business unit can adopt in order to operate their operations as well as
functions in ethical and sustainable manner. Along with this, a person also needs to evaluate their
skills, abilities and knowledge so that they can understand their strengths as well as weaknesses
and they accordingly they can adopt different models. There are several theories and model
which can a person may adopt such as Gibbs reflective learning model which help a person in
improving their skills by facing numbers of experiences.
