INTRODUCTION
Organizational communication is the process in which superiors and subordinates
exchange any information , ideas , thoughts and their view within an organization. Proper flow
of communication is important to run business smoothly and effectively. In the assessment 1 this
report will cover common challenges and barriers to effective communication in a Mr Fishy
company and it will conclude development of new strategies to overcome from those barriers
and cultural influence during communication and negotiation with customers. In a assessment 2
this report will cover literature review of three theme , theme 1 it will analyze principles
behind different form of communication , theme 2 applying the principle of effective
communication and theme 3 report will evaluate communication practices on themselves and
others and in the last anise and discussion of all the questions.

Challenges and barriers of effective communication
Language Barriers
The language barriers may occur when the communication is with the person of the
different mother tongue. The inability to understand the the language is termed as the language
communication. If the speaker and the audience do not know the same language, then it is
impossible to pass the message to the audience. New employees face problem to communicate
with customer and it is challenging fir them when they interact with customers
Psychological Barriers
The psychological barriers occurs when the all of them are not on the same platform due
to the different mindset. Some of the factors that causes the psychological barriers are lake of
attention, emotions, closed minded and the poor capturing.
Systematic Barriers
This barriers exists in the organization when the improper information chain and the lack
of understanding of the roles and responsibilities and this happens when there is the
miscommunication in the hierarchy.
Cultural Difference
The cultural difference is the major problem in every organization and this difference can
be seen in terms of different ways of looking the things and the different dressing and the ways
of expressing the personality or the goodness.

communication
According to the author (Chan. and Lai., 2017), the effective communication is the main
criteria for creating the awareness, making the informed decisions and generate the process of
development. The purpose of the effective communication in the organization is to connect or to
share the thoughts with others. There are both positive and negative aspects of the
communication that can influence the effective organizational communication. As per the author
criteria, effective communication promotes and encourage the employees by clarifying the tasks
or the responsibilities to be done by an individual but according to the author, miscommunication
and the misunderstanding creates the improper chain in an organization from top to bottom.
According to the author, the verbal communication helps in connecting with the people and also
focuses on building the long term relationship. But as per the other author() In negative verbal
communication employees face problem to communicate with the customers and they cannot
satisfy customers. People with negative communication are not the active listeners and this
results in aggression and interrupt other during the conversation.
The second method that analyze the effective communication of the organization according
to the author is the body language. It plays important role because body language shows the
confidant of the employees . The best examples of the positive body language include proper eye
contact, and proper body postures. There are some forms of effective communication formal,
informal ,downward and upward communication. In a formal communication company
exchange organizational official information that flows with the different channels of the
organization and they prescribe all the legal , rules and regulation of the company , informal
communication can be used by mangers of the Mr. fishy company to collect any information or
any suggestions from the employees they can convey them by smile and gesture. Downward
communication is used by mangers when they want to provide their information to the lower
level they give their information to the supervisor and they deliver that information to the
employees , supervisor create link between employees and managers , Upward communication is

According to the author (Barbour ,Gill and Barge,2018) Mr Fishy company should apply
principles of effective communication so the flow of communication can be improve in an
organization. Company can use Principle of Appropriate. Managers of the company should
always use simple language which is understandable for employees so they can under what they
have to do. It will be more better if they provide information which employees use to speak it
will create proper flow of the communication .Every employees get motivated when they get
any feedback for their work , managers should give them feedback if they do well in their job
this will motivate them they will do their work more effectively. Employees of the Mr Fishy
company can also help in effective communication by using Principle of attention they can
paying attention during information is given by the superiors. provided message by the
superiors should be proper and accurate because improper message can create problem for
employees . Principle of feedback plays important role for company and managers of the Mr
Fishy company can involves employees in decisions making so they can do their task and take
some responsibility that will improve the communication relation between mangers and
employees , employees will work with their full efficiency they will achieve objective of the Mr
Fishy Company. Leaders should use Principal of clarity in idea because In the order to make
communication effective it is important for managers information should be clear and proper . If
message will oral then employees can hear message better and it will be easy for them to
understand that information. Written messages are also good bet if message if message is in
difficult language then it can create problem for the employees.

Communication practices involves all those actions that can help an organization in
making an effective communication within its business and solve problems related to
communication. According to the Quattrocki and et.al. (2018) there are mainly 5 practices and
steps of communication that allows an organization to prevent themselves against
miscommunication. Using an effective communication tool that facilitate free flow of
