INTRODUCTION
Business communication is the term refers to the process of the sharing information. This
includes sharing of the information between the two employees within the organisation as well as
outside from the company. The effective business communication is how the organisation
employee and the management of the company interacts among the everyone to reach to the
organisational goals and the tasks can be more aligned related to the core values of the
companies (Alvarez, and Rangan 2019). Now, in the context understanding of the academic and
professional integrity prepare the report to show the knowledge of learning during the class.

Reflect on your current understanding of academic and professional integrity.
Integrity means doing the right things, when no one is looking that means upgrading the
academic honesty in my preview. Academic honesty and policies mean doing your own work

also means writing your own papers and properly using your resources. This means analysing

you say and promised with others. When every people will understand that you believe in doing
the right thing and your behaviour is also consistent with the same beliefs and values. However,

(Brinkmann Cash and Price2021). These helps to individual grow the good reputation in order to
maintain the honesty in every field, fair and trustworthy as for example the individuals that are
successful in business and will easily understand the benefits of acting the integrity.

health responsibilities. Before the coronavirus pandemic working from home has increased many
employers find the advantages, that can bring them to their business and also improved the work
life balance for the employee of the organisation (Falcão, 2018). As well as increasing the
numbers of the employee working at home and using the home as the base of the working. This
increase the flexibility and agility, as working from home helps to enables the more agility and
flexibility in the working arrangements (Jiang and Johnson 2018). The employee no longer
working in the office, they are working at home and more willing and motivated for doing the
work and obtain the more flexible hours earlier and later in the day or as well as on weekends.
This also improves the employee retention from home working can help to retain the employee.
As the flexibility of working from home also helps to meet childcare needs and reduce their
burden and helps to keep them fit and young around their personal life. When work from allowed
this also feel motivated and increased the level of trust to the employers this can contribute more
loyalty to the staffs and employee of the organisation. This also attract the new talent in the
organisation from working from and can be offered as the incentive to come and work for
helping and attract the new talent of the organisation and offer them the opportunity to work
from home.
